Our silver bracelets are made from 100% recycled 925 sterling silver and coated with protective rhodium to slow down oxidation and tarnish. Like all precious metals, silver can naturally lose some brightness over time, which can easily be restored with proper care. Pieces containing gemstones should be handled with extra care.
How to Care for Silver
Rhodium plated sterling silver is durable, but it benefits from gentle maintenance to preserve its brilliance. If your piece begins to look less bright over time, you can gently clean it with a soft toothbrush and a mild natural soap. Rinse it well and dry the piece with the included Pig & Hen polishing cloth. Avoid abrasive pastes or harsh cleaning products, as these can damage the surface or the rhodium layer. For jewelry containing gemstones, clean carefully and avoid soaking.

Warranty
All Pig & Hen 925 Sterling Silver jewelry comes with a 12 month production warranty that covers manufacturing and construction defects. Repairs or modifications carried out by non authorised parties or by yourself are at your own risk and will void the warranty.
The warranty does not cover
• Damage, scratches, defects caused by improper use
• Breakage not caused by a manufacturing defect
• Discolouration caused by water, perfume, soap, lotion, hairspray, high skin acidity, moving parts suchs as clasps or safety catches
• Lack of maintenance or proper cleaning
• Repairs by non authorised jewellers or damage caused by such repairs
• Items purchased through non authorised resellers
• Warranty claims without a valid proof of purchase
