Returning & exchanging online orders

If you return your order within 30 days, and the item(s) are unworn with the hangtag and packaging intact, you are eligible for a return for exchange or refund.

Kindly note that if you have lost your order or return form, write your order number and name on a note instead. If you purchased your bracelet from one of our retailers, we recommend reaching out to the retailer directly.

Exchange your bracelet, ring or necklace:
The fastest way to receive a different size or another item is to place a new order through our online store and return your original order for a refund.

Receive a refund:
Please return your order within 30 days of delivery. You will receive your money back within 1 to 2 weeks.

Returning in-store purchases

In-store purchases must be returned to the point of purchase. Merchandise purchased in a store cannot be returned by mail to Pig & Hen, and we cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse.

In-store purchases must be returned to the original retailer
Returns within 30 days of delivery are refunded to the original payment method
Refunds are submitted immediately and take approximately 10 days to process
Only unworn and unaltered merchandise with tags attached is accepted
Exchanged items must be of equal or greater value
Price differences are settled via refund or additional charge
Return policy is limited to two returns per customer
Free gifts must be returned with refunded orders. If not, the gift value will be deducted. Exchanges may keep the free gift.
