If you received your order within 30 days, and the item(s) are unworn with the hangtag and packaging intact, you are eligible for a return for exchange or refund.
Kindly note that if you have lost your order/return form, write your order number and name on a note instead. If you purchased your bracelet from one of our retailers, we recommend reaching out to the retailer directly.

Exchange your bracelet, ring or necklace: The fastest way to receive a different size or another item is to sent your order back for a refund and to order again through our online store.

Return costs are at your own expense unless we have sent something incorrect.
Receive a refund: Please return your order within 30 days of delivery. You will receive your money back from us within 1 to 2 weeks.
Returning in-store purchases
In-store purchases must be returned to point of purchase. Please note, merchandise purchased at a store cannot be returned via mail to Pig & Hen. Additionally, we cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse.

In-store purchases must be returned to original retailer
For merchandise returned within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
Refunds are immediately submitted and take approximately 10 days to process.
We'll gladly accept unworn and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached. Defective items may still be accepted.
Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or greater value.
Any exchanges must be for equal or lesser value. Differences in price will be settled via refund / additional charge.
Pig & Hen reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges if return policy is abused. Return policy limited to twice per customer.
If you received a free gift with purchase and are returning your bracelet for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If not, the free gifts will be debited from your order at full value. If you are simply exchanging your bracelet, you may keep your free gift.
